Steve was born on January 2, 1959 and passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Steve was a resident of Port Barre, Louisiana at the time of his passing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday September 23 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Steven O. Fontenot. Fr. Daniel Picard will celebrate the Mass. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday September 23 2016 from 9:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Sibille Funeral Home in Port Barre.A Rosary service are pending at this time for Friday evening in the funeral home.
