Steve passed away in December 2013. Steve was married to Ann. Funeral services for Steven Tony Garland, 69, will be held at 2:30 pm Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The Rev. Dr. Gary Colboch will officiate with burial in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Monday at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home.
