Not sure what to say?

It's been 18 years and I still think of your laugh and smile fondly. There is so much to share with you and wish we could sit and talk. I look forward to the universe bringing us together again someday. Miss you friend.

Steve, I want you to know that I'm thinking about you, and that you're missed these 15 years later. I got to know you as a Pike brother, and was pleased to know you as a friend outside of college

Steve was a great friend to me and many of the achievments I have made in my life over the past 5 years can be attributable to him. May my future successes bring a smile to his face.

Sigh...I just learned yesterday about Steve's death, and I've had such a hard time squaring it with the perfectly clear memories I have of him from high school. He was always generous, hilarious, sweet, very fun, and very outwardly-focused, as evidenced by the notes from all the folks here who considered him a loyal friend. I'm glad he carried all those wonderful traits with him into adulthood and that he had a positive influence on the people in his life. What an enviable legacy!

I met Steve when I lived in Bartlesville for a couple of years after I got out of college and took a job there. I didn't know anyone in town. I met Steve through Jaycees, and Steve was always so nice to me and made me feel like he had been my friend forever. I moved away to go to law school shortly thereafter, and was surprised to see the announcement in the Oklahoma Bar Journal. Its been over 12 years since I lived in Bartlesville, and I haven't stayed in touch with any of the friends I...

Steve will be greatly missed. He was always the first person to help anyone who needed it. I am deeply saddened by his passing. My deepest sympathies to the family.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of your loss of Steve. We met him, in 1999, when he helped us with a legal issue. We found him to be very gracious and an excellent attorney.
He actually had his law office in the same building where I worked (Pat). He always greeted me with a smile and kind words of concern for my family.
His sister Dana worked with Harrison. We came to have high regard for them both.
Mr.and Mrs. Harvell and Dana, you have our deepest sympathy for the...

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Steve was a wonderful person and will be missed.

Steve and I were at OU Law School together and kept in touch over the years. We had a standing date to have lunch every year at the annual Bar meeting in November. What a loyal friend Steve was to me! I can't top the wonderful tributes that I have read here but please know that you are in my thoughts in this difficult time but be comforted that Steve made his mark during his much too brief life. What a good man you raised!
