Steven was my student at Berry high school. He was such a kind and perceptive young man. He never stopped trying and always had a smile. It was my honor to have had him as my student.

I´ll remember fondly the many laughs Steve and I shared on our HRC outings. He was quit-witted and to the point, a genuinely funny guy. Steve touched so many folks during his time with us. He truly will be missed. My sincere condolences please to his loving family. Finally, just for Steve, "Go Vols !!"

Bess, I am so sorry that Steve has died. He was always such a wonderful guy and a joy to speak with. He outlived by 20 years another cousin, also with Downs, who never led as good a life as Steve.

I´m so sorry to hear of Steve´s passing. I remember my mom, Gladys Patterson, speaking about him and his incredible Mama. We lost Scott this year, so I know how you all must be feeling. Praying for peace and wishing you well in such a difficult time.
