Steve was nice guy and will be missed forever

Inspriation to my business when I first began.A mentor and a good man . You will be missed my friend

An incredible person who brought pool to the masses through his great personality and incredible talent. He made "even when your just showing off" a household mantra. God bless him for his modesty and willingness to help others acquire the great talents he exhibited in the sport! Thank you Steve, you are the greatest!

Wow what a Loss. He was a one of the Greats. I grew up with Jr through his Fathers Pool Hall on Madison Avenue. We had a Mutual Friend Frank Buzzy Balogh. Boy I miss those Guys. Tommy Tomovich Longboat Key, Florida

While in the military and stationed at the Federal Bldg in Newark, NJ I used to go to the Hi-Cue in Elizabeth, NJ...I once saw the great MIZ play Allen Hopkins...Naturally Steve took Allen off...What a great match it was and gave me the inspiration to continue my pursuits in the greatest challenging sport there is....R.I.P. Mr. Mizerak

The world cannot be the same without you in it. A lot of time has passed since I was with you. But it seems like yesterday. Thank you for the fun times. The crazy times. The poker lessons... for helping me with my baby. You gave me hope when I had none. Wish things would have been different. Maybe... You will always be in my heart, Steve. I know your up there playing BB King...snappin' your fingers and cruisin' down some highway. Keep your shades on, I hear it's bright up there. ...
