My Dad purchased my childhood home from Steve. It was a beautiful home and well built. Rest in peace Steve and condolences to the family.

I met Doug Price, Steve's son as a member of Hillcrest Country Club. Doug acquired the golf course from the Frances Family and made great strides to impove and continue the lhistorical legacy of Hillcrest. Doug and I would sit on the porch and talk about family and the importance of valuing tradition and family. Steve Price is a Kansas City legend for hard work and family values. I am priveleged to know him through his son, Doug.

I always will remember Steve riding his bike by my house, he always stopped for a nice talk. He invited me to ride with him on bike club rides, he was amazing and at his age rode stronger than most other riders. Steve was always a nice man, good friend of my family, a good family man, and an impressive businessman. I know he is no longer in pain and in a good place; this makes me happy. I pray for him and all of his family and know he is happy and healthy looking down on us...
