Not sure what to say?

I am deeply saddened by the news of Coach Sandy's passing. I was fortunate to have been coached by Sandy with Coach Athey and Coach Streelman at WC. Sandy was a great coach, motivator and friend. Even more, a wonderful human being. He was a huge part of my preparation for my first spring training as I went down to Florida a month before, working with Sandy and his concession stand crew on the weekends, Sandy coaching me and assisted my workouts during the week. I take this time to express my sincere heartfelt condolences for the loss of Steve. He was such a great person that would do anything for anyone. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it and always had a smile on his face. I have some great memories with Steve. We had some great times working the...

Proud to have known Steve. Sympathies to his loved ones on his tragic accident!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I will miss his call in mid August every year. "Ready to make a move?" He would ask. Signaling the start of the fairs and carnivals that I worked with him at. Six in all. I never heard him say anything bad about anyone. He will be remembered! Very sorry for your loss.

lll never forget Steve and Margaret coming to Belize to share my wedding. What an amazing memory! RIP Steve!

Have been friends with Steve for 40+ years. The last time I saw him was at Watermans Day. Always smiling and always had time to catch up. Deepest condolences to his family.

RIP Steve lots of memories!

One of the nicest people I ever met. A good and true friend. Youll be remembered on the Bay, I assure you.
