Steve you will always be missed. You were a dear friend to me. You opened up your home to me in a time of need and I will never forget that. My heart goes out to your friends and family.

such sad, sad news. we will really miss Steve in the neighbourhood. he was always ready to share a giggle, and had such care for Jonathan any time he saw him struggling... Godspeed, Steve.

I only met you a handful of times, but you were always a sweetheart. I remember the first time I met you, you came up to me at one of your shows, introduced yourself to me and when I told you my name, you asked if I was "the Carrie" that The Miniatures sang about. I said no, that I was a friend of Nick's and was there with his sister. But you seemed happy to meet me just the same. I'm so sorry your journey has ended so soon. Rest in peace.

I only met Steve a few times but once was enough to never forget him!

Such a sad loss ..keep playing and keep smiling young fella...you were of the Finest Kind.

What a great guy and a musical talent lost to our music community. RIP, Steve and boogie on up in heaven with the other great players. Lost too soon.

Steve, you were an awesome friend! I will miss the talks, the music and your infectious smile. My sympathy is with your family and anyone who loved you. Thanks for all the fun times, and the times you made me laugh when I needed to.
You will forever be loved and missed. Xoxo
