I knew Steve from our Youth Group at Aldersgate Methodist. I crushed on him for 2 years. Finally, at 16, allowed to date, I asked if he would go with me to the Sadie Hawkins dance. It took everything I had to ask as I was incredibly shy. His response was, "Oh, trust me, you don't me in any part of your life, you just don't, trust me." I recall telling I did trust him and always wished I had added, I hope you will trust me enough one day to tell me why that is. His music and his humor are what...

My Sympathies to the Walker Family. Steve is working hard in his Heavenly School to become a guide for us here on Earth. I know that you are also with every member of your family, watching and guiding them through their thoughts. Thank you, Steve!

I can´t believe that it has already been a year since Steve´s passing. We grew up living next door to the Walkers and often wondered how and where they were living. I remember a quiet but fun-loving Steve and so wished I had the opportunity to know him as an adult. I sure missed out on knowing a wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers go with you all during this difficult time. I pray that God will continue to shed His love and mercies upon you. Warmly, Leonetta

Steve and I were fellow band mates in Daybreak ,circa 1980? Traveling all around Berks county making music. He was always in the mood to hang out, have a couple of beers, and play some music. So sorry to see his life end this way. Chill out dude, and keep that harmonica ready for when our paths cross again.

Such a tragic life ending event. So sorry or your loss Walker Family. May he rest in the hands of the Lord.

I remember Steve from high school. He was very musical and kind from the beginning! So happy to know he had a full life although too short! Sounds like he will be missed by many as he was loved by many! My prayers go out to his family, especially his daughters...he was "cool"!!
