Family and Strength

On Saturday afternoon May 31 I lay down to take a nap. The sun and warmth of the day had built up a level of Washington, DC humidity that could only signal one thing—the dog days of summer would soon be here. Nonetheless, I put my head down and closed my eyes and reviewed that all to familiar pre-sleep checklist of life's priority items beginning with thoughts of family and the daily dosage of strength our loved ones provide to us all.

My rest did not last...

Dear Maureen and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Steven's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
