Dr. and Mrs. David Averbach: I wish you peace at this sad time and may time heal your sorrow. May your friends ease your pain and may the warmest memories of Steven remain in your heart. Dear Dr. Averbach: I was so sorry to hear about your loss of your son Steven. What a great hero he was and such an inspiration to all young people.
