First, I have to say that that obituary is the most moving and well written that I have ever read. I first met Steve in September of 1961 when we started kindergarten. We both were five months shy of our sixth birthdays. I had no idea then that we would be friends for some 63 years. Steve stood up with me at my wedding almost 47 years ago.
