Steven Roger Bast

Grew up watching the Bast Brothers racing speedway at the Costa Mesa fairgrounds. Steve and Mike were hometown heroes and loved very much by all! Rest in Peace Steve...Thank You for all of the exciting race nights, you and your brother always kept us on the edge of our seats!!

To, The entire, Bast Family, My heart goes out to you all. Steve was a great race for me and all who experienced his talent. Thank you, for thirty years, and , many more great memories. Danny #7.

We we saddened by news that Steve passed away. Sorry we were unable to attend Steve's Life celabration as we in LA.
Hope your Heart's pain gets less heavy as time goes by.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I only saw Steve a few times at the shop but he seemed like the rest of the Bast family ready to cut-up and have fun.
