STEVEN C. BELCHER

I have known Steve nearly my whole life, we grew up together on the Neck. We got our Scuba Diving Certs together - found our passion for water skiing with Kenneth Gray, Cubby to us. The three of us became the best of friends, nearly inseparable. Even though our lives took different paths, we where a phone call away. I will always think of and love Steve as a brother. There are way too many memories to share, but know I will use them when I need a laugh or to pick me up if I'm feeling down.
