Not sure what to say?

Steve will be missed. He has left us too soon. God be with you.

To Karen and the entire Benner family, our thoughts are of you in this time of loss.

I too remember the Opel GT, and the Opel Kadett. There are deep memories of Steve with all of us hanging out on the front porch, late nights with PBR watching the Carson monologue, and ping pong in the basement. Steve giving guitar lessons, throwing the Frisbee with Taffy, basketball in the driveway, always good music, and of course, Christmas Eve at the Benner’s.

Keeping Pa Hanus...

Karen and family so very sorry for your loss. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time.

Our condolences to the entire family. Steve will be missed by all. We were privileged to work with Steve for many years when he worked at Chubb. He was the greatest person to work with and always had a solution for us. We are all saddened by this loss. Our thoughts are with the family.

Steven was a wonderful person who I admired and adored. He was a very kind hearted ,sweet, and caring individual and he had a wonderful laugh. He will be forever in my thoughts and I want to extend my heartfelt thoughts and prayers to his family.

We had unbelievable times during high school and in college. My memories of yourself are so positive. My heart is out to your family. Remember that Opal GT. We worked on that car forever.. I will miss you in this life but,see you in the next.

I am so sad to hear this of a super great high school classmate and fellow republican. It is my prayer that you comforted by Jesus at this time. Steve was beloved by all in our class. It is my prayer to be comforted by Jesus right now and cling to all the great memories I had with Steve at SHS.

Andy and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I am keeping you and your family in my prayers
