Steven P. Bento

Steven P. Bento, 53, of Fall River, Massachusetts, co-owner of The Shoe Box for 26 years and an employee of Globe Manufacturing Company for 10 years, died at Rhode Island Hospital on Thursday, January 22, 2004, after a 15-year battle with kidney disease. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, January 25, 5-9 p.m., at A.F. Almeida & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1309 Globe Street, Fall River. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, January 26, 9 a.m., at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, 10 a.m., at Good Shepard Parish, 1598 S. Main Street, Fall River. Interment will be at Notre Dame Cemetery, Safford Road in Fall River.
