Not sure what to say?

Jennifer, Eleanor, Bridgett and Family,
With surprise and sorrow to learn about Steve, he was a wonderful husband, father, and a friend to many. He will always be a role model to those he touched being humble, and kind. God will take care of Steve as he had taken so much care for others.

Dear Jennifer, Eleanor and Bridget,
I had the good fortune of working with Steve in Guildford in the early '90's when I first started work. In late 90's I shared enjoyable times with Steve on the football fields of the Chicago suburbs. Steve was always a real joy to know and a pleasure to spend time with, and someone I admired greatly. Of all people, I'm sure you need no reminding of what a lovely, kind and considerate person Steve was. But I hope it brings you some comfort at this...

Sorry for the loss of your love one, may you find comfort in knowing that those who have passed on in death God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:15.

Dear Jennifer,
I am saddened to hear of your tremendous loss. I met Steve only once or twice, but even those brief encounters revealed his warmth. You and your family are in my prayers and thoughts during this time of mourning. May God give you the strength to continue living life fully as Steve would want, honoring his memory.
With Deepest Condolences,
DeeDee Shields

Gaya and I just learned of the passing of your husband and of perhaps the most gentle guy we knew....very, very sorry to hear of the loss to you and the family. Please accept our deepest sympathies. Mark and Gaya

We are saddened to hear of your loss and hope loving memories of Steve will comfort you. We fondly remember the fun our UOP Cilacap soccer team had under his coaching.

I enjoyed working with Steve during our time together at Merichem. Steve was a kind, intuitive and caring individual who was always willing to work with others to help make them better. I feel blessed to have known Steve. God bless my friend.

Dear Jennifer,

I am very much saddened by Steve's passing. We worked together at Riverside when we started at UOP. We also worked and travel together in Indonesia extensively on the road. He taught me how to speak "the important" Italian I should know at the time which is still useful today. His parents also lived in Des Plaines near UOP like me that Steve's family is a true UOP family. My condolences to you and the family. I will miss Steve a lot.

So sad to know of Steve's passing. I hope he is at peace and that comfort will come day by day to his family. I really enjoyed talking with Steve and knowing him a bit over the years of his and Jen's life together. He was a good man. Rest in peace.
