Read MoreI just learned of the passing of Steve Borders. I was saddened to hear the news. I met Steve while working at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Steve was the artist who gave me my very first rose tatoo many years ago. It was a pleasure to know him. May he forever rest in peace.
