Steven Brown, 72, passed gently and quietly away with his family by his side. He was always a family man who gave his wife and his children tenderness and love. He did his best to guide us, giving first to his family and last to himself. There is no one who knew him who did not respect and trust...

Not sure what to say?

He was a Mensch. He will never be forgotten.

Steve,

It was a honor to work with you as well as to have your friendship. Rest in peace my friend.

Craig Reed

What can I say that hasn't already been said, but know this. He was a kind gentle man and one who you loved to work with. Knowing Steve over 30 years I don't think I ever heard him say an unkind word about anyone and a man who loved his wife and family. We should leave such a legacy! My heart goes out to his family and friends. John Stevens

Steve was my brother-in-law but most of all my buddy! I will miss him terribly. I knew Steve for almost 40 years. He was always caring and giving. I will always remember the good times, full of laughter and fun. Rest in peace my dear friend.

A better than 40 year friendship both in business and personal life leaves me with memories that are vivid and gratifying .

Your humble approach to life should be a guiding light to all.

You will never be forgotten.

What’s been said about Steve says volumes to his persona. He may have won broker of the year but he really deserves person of decade! He was a true gentleman and it has been a pleasure to know him for 30 years both as a business colleague and to call him my friend.

May his memory be for a blessing

Hamakom y'nachem etchem b'toch sh'ar availai tziyon ee yerushalayim." May God comfort you among all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

One word “Mensch” sums up Steve. He will be missed but remembered in our hearts and mind.

With love,
Susan & Michael Miller

Wow! I was reading the paper and saw we lost Steve this week.
While I haven’t seen him in many years I remember him well.
From his days at Dorman Cheese to representing him when he worked for Stefano’s.
I also played basketball with him for many years.
Always a gentleman and family man.
Rest gentle Steve.
Condolences to his family. He was a wonderful man.

My thoughts and prayers to Judy, Scott and rest of family I had the pleasure of working with Steve at Dorman Cheese in 80's early 90's and again about 10 years later while I was at Freshpoint and Steve was a with B&A brokers he was an amazing person and will be missed by many.
