You are in my thoughts and prayers; I attended Brooks High and church with Steven and his sweet sweet parents, and have such good memories of what great people the Butlers are. God bless you during this time.

Steven and I were good friends for several years when we were younger. We lost touch, but I will always remember his friendship at Brooks High. He was a great guy. My prayers are with all of those who loved him. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Angela Young Christian

I grew up with Steve and he was a very good person and always a friend. I will always remember him from the Killen UMC youth group. I left the area right after graduation and lost touch with him. Makes you realize you may not have tomorrow to reconnect with people. My heart goes out to his wife, his children and Lee and Johnnie, his parents.

My heartfelt condolences go out to Steve's family during this time. I had the pleasure of being in Mrs. Butler's 2nd grade class at LCHS, and then later working with Steve at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing. May God bring peace and comfort to you during this difficult time. Carol Mason Nesmith and family

Tracy & Family,
We send our deepest sympathy to you and your family regarding the passing of Steve. We will contniue to lift you and your children up in our prayers during the coming days; yet, we rejoice with Christ Jesus and the fulfillment of His promises. My mother requested that I also express her sympathy to your family and to tell Judy that she was also praying for her, as are we too. Blessings, Vann Jones Family & Nina Jones
