To the Carlson family,

While I was unable to physically be there on Friday, I want to assure you all that I was there with you in my heart. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers. Every time I think of Steve, I see him as he appears in one of his HS pictures. The one with the dark blue shirt, dark hair, dancing dark eyes and mischievious smile. How very fortunate I feel to have had my life crossed with, and touched by his.
