My deepest condolences to Steve's family. I worked with Steve for a long time and I will always remember him as one of the funniest people I will ever know as well as generous with a big heart.Rest in peace Chappy.

I knew Steve ( Chappy ) for about 20 year's I loved this man a great heart and a great friend, Lot's of laugh's with him I will miss you my friend I hope your Resting In Piece Now, And to the Family my Prayer's are with you a great loss.

I would like to convey our deepest sympathies for your loss. Although we only knew Steve for a few short months, the guys at Pinnacle Wireless enjoyed their time spent with him during those long days at the Sprint sites. Rest easy my friend.

God bless the chapmen family I knew steve for over 26 yrs I never had anybody make me laugh so hard. He cared for everybody I will miss him. I will be praying for the family
