Everclear I met Steve eleven years ago when he was hanging around the South Puget Sound Chapter and I was a Probate in the Original Chapter. We worked the 10 year anniversary gathering and as a hang around he did more than the other Probates combined. That´s just how he rolled and it was a sign for the future. Steve was always there, helping and caring for others, not taking privilege for himself. He is a great Brother and a great friend. Steve was Real and courageous. Never afraid to call...

Steve and I were roommates when I returned to Fort Bragg from Italy. We would go out to the country club "Palameno" looking for women. He parents made me go home with him one year for the holidays. His dad sat on my bed until I agreed to go. I met my ex-wife that weekend. We lost touch for a few years after he got out and I started deploying overseas. We reconnected after I retired and kept in touch since.

It was my 1st thanksgiving after losing both my parents within 3 days. It used to be my favorite holiday, sharing with her. He invited me over in order not to be alone. And was just present allowing me to grieve. He will be missed. Veronica

Probably not my first memory but, one that I will forever remember. Steve took me on my first motorcycle ride. I needed an oil change on my car and he said, don´t take it somewhere, I´ll do it. We just need to go grab the stuff. He then handed me a helmet and said let´s go. Missing you so much today cuz!
