Steven L. Conn, age 50, of Council Bluffs, passed away at his home on August 16, 2011.
He was born May 29, 1961, in Omaha, Neb., to Trudie and Garland Conn.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, James Conn.
He is survived by his sister, Susan Rybin; and brother, John Nichols, both of Fremont, Neb.; 3 daughters, Miranda Sue Conn, of Bellevue, Neb., Ashley Conn, of Arkansas, and Natalie Wascher, of Missouri Valley, Iowa; 3 grandchildren, Dominick Kass and Emmalyn Morales, of Bellevue, and Autumn Renee Conn, of Arkansas; nephews, David and Kyle; and niece, Brenda.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 27, 2011, at 1 p.m, at Church of Freedom, 701 S. 4th St., Council Bluffs. Refreshments will be served after at Mohm's Place in Council Bluffs.

thank you for being the best dad a girl could ask for, everyday has been so hard thinking about how you'll never see me graduate high school or be there to walk me down the aisle at my wedding, I miss you so much daddy.

On your way to heaven I hope you stopped by the old neighborhood and enjoyed a game of baseball, football or just throwing rocks from the roof of the garage...a day I will never forget! Back then we were all great and amazing kids that had a lot to learn about life. We all started this crazy life in that neighborhood and it stays with us forever!
