I just learned of Dr. Craig's passing today. I knew him for a short time, as a patient. He was extremely caring and his treatment took care of a very long term issue for me. I was so shocked when I heard the news. I'm sure his treatments positively affected many patients and his legacy will live on through them and his family. Rest in peace, kind sir.

Steve and I were dermatology residents together. I learned of his passing through our Wake Forest Dermatology newsletter. My deepest condolences to his family. He was such a kind and generous soul with a great sense of humor. I remember vividly the day Alicia passed away and his grace in supporting his his young children while suffering such an immeasurable loss. As I read about all he accomplished and contributed to the world I feel how blessed his family and community was to have him in...

It makes me very sad to hear of the passing of Dr Craig. Her performed my Mohs surgery. My nose several years ago and ve never forgotten how caring he was. He knew I was very upset and he sat in the old surgical waiting area with me showing me pictures in a book of what to expect so that I wouldn´t be shocked. He told me I´d hate him for a couple months but then I´d be ok, lol. He was right, and I have never forgotten his kindness. Thank you Dr Craig; my condolences to the family for...

It is with a heavy heart that I learned of Steve´s passing. Over the years of being a patient we developed a friendship and enjoyed laughing about the AF vs Navy (my husband served 24 yrs as a pilot). I feel blessed to have known him and send my deepest sympathies to his family.
