Not sure what to say?

Carol, I am stunned, so caught off guard, and sorry to just now, find out about Steve.
I am so very sorry to learn of his passing. I know it can sound cliche, but I will miss him,
as I have missed you all over the years. The memories will be more dear and current,
and I will be praying for you.

Dr. Donaldson taught me about intelligence, the universe, and God. I still think and contemplate about many of our discussions and his lectures. I will miss him and always think back kindly on the man to helped me learn, understand, and question so much.

Carol, I am so sorry to learn about Steve. I just saw your in-laws the other day, as we are moving my dad, Jerry Sappington, into the same living facility where they reside. I tried looking y'all up on Facebook, and came across a post about Steve's passing. I treasure the memories I have of your family as you two taught my Sunday School class at Dawson. Your family is in my prayers. Love you!

Carol,

Just heard this sad news. I am so sorry for your loss.

Susan

Carol and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Steve as a faithful Sunday School teacher and for his friendliness. I appreciate his efforts to help us think about Scripture and science.

Carol,

I was so sorry to learn about Steve and will pray for you and the family.

I worked with Steve at PDM and have many happy memories of him as he helped me learn the computer.

He was a Godly man whom was respected by many.
