STEVEN LEE DOUGLAS, 71, of South Point, Ohio, died June 19 in Huntington Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was a former police officer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
