Not sure what to say?

I worked with Steve as an associate at Davis, Markel & Edwards at 100 Park Avenue from 1992-1996. He was a fantastic mentor for me in both my professional and pro bono work, and I remember his dedication to serving the poor and under-privileged.

My heart goes out to Robin and her children. There are no words that can ease their pain. Youre all in my thoughts and prayers. May Steve rest in peace

Robin and Family,

We didn't get the chance to meet you. Five years ago at our 50-year high school class reunion, Steve promised us a tour of New York City when we came to visit. Sadly, we didn't get it done . . . Dear Robin and Family,
We were so sorry to learn of your sad and awful loss. Steve was such a fine, helpful, positive, respectful person, who enhanced all our lives in your many years at 316. We hope that your sweet memories of Steve will bring you some comfort.
Sincerely,
Gale and Jim Kaufman

every way. Joanna and I will remember him

I knew Steve because he was my best friend, Karen Packer's, older brother. He was a very nice & caring man with everyone. He was a dedicated & much loved member of our beloved Stompers. I know he was a much loved & respected older brother to his younger sisters, nieces & nephews. Steve will be missed for a very long time. Rest well, my friend. I pray his family finds peace from so many great memories he created in his life.

Beverly and I would like to extend our condolences to this wonderful family. In your time of grief, let your memories of Steves kind, loving, generous spirit lift you up and give you peace.

So sorry for the loss of a great man with a great mind. From his biography-obituary, he clearly brought much Joy and compassion to many. I knew him from high school and from his band in Mt. Vernon, the "Stompers." Please accept my heartfelt condolences at your loss. So sad to see he was a victim of the COVID-19 virus.
