Not sure what to say?

Our prayers go out to the Ellis family. My family fished with Steve many time when he ran the Rainbow 2 and we had a lot of good times even on bad fishing days. Rest in peace my friend

To the Ellis Family, We are so deeply sorry for your loss. I have so many fond childhood memories of time spent with Steve. I regretfully have not seen him in a few years but when we would see each other we would always reminisce about the good times. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Steve thank you for the memories.

Our sympathy to the Ellis family. Growing up in the fishing community of Ponce Inlet. I also went to school with Steve. So many fishing memories. Rest in peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.

I surprisingly ran into Steve just a couple weeks before his passing. I ironically hadn't seen him in several years. We coincedently were going to the same place, so I offered him to ride with me. I am glad to had the opportunity and was able to have a nice chat with him.
My deepest sympathy to the Ellis family.

My sympathy is with you, for your loss. Steve was a great influence in my life and I will always think fondly of him. All my best to a large and loving family. Every day I spend at sea I will be remembering the good times.. To you Steve - "Thanks for all the knowledge".
