Not sure what to say?

Steve Schottroff (l) and Steve Fischer (r), July 1975, Kennedy Space Center

I did not know Steve well, but extend my condolances to the many people who did.

Steve and Jessica Schottroff and Mary are deeply affected by Steve's passing and extremely sorrow that we missed the services. As my best and truest friend and co-daddy to my daughter Jessica, we are heartbroken. I only just found out about it while trying to find out why his phones were not in service anymore. We miss him more now. Our belated sympathies to Kathy and Katie and Bob.

Kathy, Bob, and Katie,
Bill, Ryan, Cory, Sam and I send our deepest sympathy. My dear friend will be missed. We enjoyed many good times and many mis-adventures together. He will always live in our/my memories.

Debbie

My sympathy to your family. I got to know you through work. You were always a nice person to chat with around the building. It was nice to hear about your fine family. I'm sorry for them that you had to leave them this early. I know you will be looking over them and helping them with your love. Sincerely and with friendship, Marilyn Langenstein

Dear Kathy and family, We are so very sorry to hear of your loss. We have many fond memories of being around as you and Steve were growing up. We loved the good times with Rita and Joe and all the get-togethers. Our love and thoughts are with you and your family. Love to you Bill and Theresa

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
