Norma and Family, Steve was truly an inspiration to me. His sense of humor was uniquely Steve. I can remember well the day he interviewed me for my job at the Santa Cruz Sentinel. He taught me many things about newspapers-but most importantly, he taught me to laugh. I will miss the Friday night free concerts at the boardwalk where we always had a great time.
