Not sure what to say?

Dear Donna and Jill,

We knew Steve from medical school in Milan. We met him towards the end of his time there. He often spoke about you. We are very sorry that he is gone.

Beth and Giacomo

Mr.Forman was my primary care physician at SCHC. He was the first medical provider that listened to me. He was a very nice man and was good at what he did. God Bless

Donna
You are in my thoughts.

Steven, Donna and Jill on Steve's 60th birthday, July 2011.

I always had a soft spot in my heart for my brother-in-law, who overcame so many obstacles to fulfill his dream of being a part of the medical profession. I'm proud of him this New Year's Eve as I listen to some of his favorite songs resounding in Times Square! Rest in peace, dear Steven. We will not forget your tenacity and courage.

Dearest Donna,Both our husbands were taken way too soon. It seems so unfair to me. Both Steve and Eric were gentle giants among men. They both had integrity, character and everything that is good was in their souls. How lucky we both were to find two such honorable men. My deepest sympathy to you and Jillian.

SCHC Adult Medicine Winter Holiday Party 2010

Steve was a nice addition to the Adult Medicine team at SCHC. He had a positive attitude, and was devoted to his patients. We've missed him in the past two years, and I am very sorry to hear of his passing.

To family, friends and loved ones of Steven. My prayers are with Steve and all of you. I was a patient of Mr. Forman at the Syracuse Health Center. He was one of the many people that helped save my life. I am a recovering drug addict and alcoholic. God Bless You Steve, R.I.P. Love Always, Jimmy Tortorelli

former classmate at LeMoyne PA Program. He treated my Great Aunt when he was working in radiation therapy and she loved him. Sorry for your loss.
