Not sure what to say?

My husband and I had the honor to meet Steven back in 1992. They were TDY together in Colo. Springs, but stationed in Sacramento. I met Steven after my husband and I married in TX and then went to Colo. Springs. I thought Steven was a great guy and so funny. All the guys from the DET spent alot of time together after work and I was lucky to have been a part of that. We even spent Thanksgiving with him and friends that year. I remembered thinking, "Whoever ends up with guy is gonna be...

I worked with Steve in South Carolina and Korea. I had the privilege of him being my supervisor as well as a friend. I can say that he was one of the nicest people that I ever met. I always enjoyed his company he always made people smile. He truly cared about others. He is missed.

I had the honor of being his last commander while he was on active duty. He was an awesome guy and a true professional and he will be truly missed. Once one of my lambs, always one of my lambs. Rest in peace my friend.

To the Forshee Family, I just learned of Steve Forshee's passing and I am truly sorry for your loss. I was stationed with him during his last AF assignment in Korea. He was a wonderful individual and AF member who truly cared about his people. I know he is missed.

Mr and Mrs Forshee,
I just heard of Steves passing. I am very sorry for your loss. I was stationed with him during his last tour in Korea just befoe he retired. I will always remember Steve as a funloving, sincere friend. His love for his family, nature, animals and antiques always brought a sparkle to his eye when he would talk about it. He was loved by every one at the Det, we used to tease him we were all going to retire with him, buy trailer homes and squat on his property up...

Thank you for letting me know about Steve. We met in Weather Forecasting school and quickly became friends. We had to go our seperate ways after school, but years later we met up again in Korea. I recall his time in D.C. really wore him out and he was excited to retire from the Air Force and move onto new adventures. Steve was a wonderful man, I read post after post and he did, he touched all of our lives. I still tell the story from Forecasting school about how he split his hand open...
