Steven Foster

Steven passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Steven was a resident of Amelia, Virginia at the time of passing. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1990 with a master's in accounting. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, November 13, at Bliley's Funeral Home, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 14 at Grace Gospel Chapel, 1201 Spirea Rd., with burial to follow.
