Not sure what to say?

Mr. Fowler was the best teacher and mentor a student could ever have. He nurtured and sparked an interest in life sciences the moment I walked into his classroom in 9th grade. Being in his biology, microbiology, biotechnology class, nominated by him as a candidate for the Governor's Honor Program, and as well as mentoring for him everyday senior year, Mr.Fowler was the one who supported and encouraged me to pursue a biology major in college. I am going to graduate from Georgia Tech next...

I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Mr. Fowler. He was my favorite teacher at NSHS, nearly 10 years ago now. I still remember how passionate he was about what he taught and how his energy encouraged all of us to love what we were learning. It was truly a pleasure to be a student in his classroom. My deepest condolences to his family.

I first heard about Mr. Fowler from my son when he was in grade 9; he couldn't stop talking about Mr. Fowler; he loved him and respected him dearly. He had just started high school and had a science teacher in middle school whom he also liked and respected, but Mr. Fowler was special. My son was again fortunate enough to have Mr. Fowler in grade 10, last year. Mr. Fowler has left us way too early but he will live on in the hearts and minds of those whom he's inspired, for generations to...

Mr. fowler taught my son in both grades 9 and 10, 2009/10 and 2010/11. My son always spoke of Mr. Fowler lovingly and then soon I got to know him, a littlebit myself. He was kind, friendly and generous with his time. My son is broken hearted but grateful that he had the privilege of knowing Mr. fowler for 2.5 years. May God bless his soul and his family. He surely will be missed but not forgotten. He has inspired many kids to become successful scientists and humanitarians. We love you Mr....

Mr. Fowler was an inspirational teacher and mentor to many of us. His class was one that has stuck indelibly in my memory for years. I also had the privilege of interacting with Mr. Fowler outside the classroom on several occasions. He traveled with a group of students to Athens for the Georgia Science Fair and really made us feel as if he was our greatest fan. He also spent time at Georgia Tech during one summer and agreed to have lunch with me and another student. We both enjoyed...

Mr. Fowler was hands down my favorite teacher at North Springs. He was so inspirational and passionate about teaching science. I credit him as my inspiration for pursuing my career as an environmental scientist. He will be missed by everyone whose lives he has touched. My heart goes out to his family in this time of great sadness.
