Steven Joseph Franco passed away on January 23rd 2022 in Roseville, Ohio and was a past resident of Berlin for 35 years. Steve was a mechanic with his father at Sunoco gas station in Waterbury in his earlier years and continued his career in manufacturing. He was a wonderful cook like his mother....
