Not sure what to say?

I met Dr. Glock when he did back surgery for me. The surgery date was on my son`s first birthday. I was so scared. But Dr. Glock did an excellent job. He said he would probably need more surgery in 5 to 10 years, but not to worry that was normal. I was 23 at the time and the next surgery I had was when I was 70 years old. A lot more than 5 to 10 years. Thank you Dr. Glock for everything you did for me. God bless you and your family.

You all don´t know me but Dr. Glock operated on my knee in 1975 the evening of my football injury at Elmhurst H.S. I´ve never forgotten how kind and concerned Dr. Glock was to me and my family. I think of that time often and wonder how he is doing. I was saddened to just now find out he has passed. You have my deepest sympathies. May God bless your entire family and may the hundreds of wonderful memories you have of your father, grandfather and great grandfather always be with you! ...

Jeff & Brenda, I can´t believe I just ran across this obituary of your Father´s. I am sending my prayers and lots of Sympathy for your loss. I am so very blessed to have known both of your parents & growing up in the same area coming to your home when I was friends with your younger brother Chad whom I miss so dearly still. Now as time has passed, the things i remember so vividly and clearly and the kindness and love that your Dad and Mom gave to the community and for their love for Chad and...

Brenda and Jeff, I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the entire Glock family. It is my hope that warm and fond memories will comfort you in the days, weeks and months ahead. May God bless and keep you.

Doc was truly one of the nicest guys I ever met...always a smile, how are you, etc..seeing him around the old parkview, or through work we did at their beautiful home..always a smile Rest in peace..

Steve always had a smile and a cup of coffee in his hand, would set the cup down to talk to a patient and forget to pick it up again; there would be cups wherever he went. Patients would be so upset waiting for him in the lobby but once he went into their room to see them they would be all smiles. He knew how to ease their fears, comfort them letting them know he would help them. He was one of a kind. He will be greatly missed. God bless you.

Dr Steven Glock was a physicianthat genuinely for his patients and fellow employes. He went above and beyond to help the people he came in touch with. I started at ONE in 1979 and worked there well after his retirement, when he knew we were trying to adopt he helped arrange that to happen. I will be forever grateful to him for this. On another note, i remember how he tended to be running hours behind due to talking and listening to his patients so long, but the patients waiting refused to...

Dr. Steve was a huge light at ONE always showing wisdom humor and kindness to his co workers, patients and friends! He will be missed! I can hear him saying one of his favorite comments ` caught between a rock and a hard place´! He knew how to help people in those situations! B. Sprowl

I worked at Northeast Orthopedics for 5 years till Dr. Glock asked me if I was "tired of taking orders from someone else". He advised me (after many previous failed efforts) how to go about gaining acceptance to med school. I graduated with highest distinction 34 years ago. Dr. Glock changed my life.
