Not sure what to say?

Dear June:
Having left CuraGen before Steve's untimely passing, I did not know until today that your brilliant, funny and creative husband was gone. I am so very sorry for your loss! I had the pleasure to know Steve since 1996 when I came to CuraGen. He had an infectious laugh and a beautiful spirit. God Bless you and your family as you mourn his passing.

Steve and I worked very closely together between 1993-1996. I'll always cherish his unbounded optimism and passion for getting things done. Wherever you see a rare combination of energy, passion, creativity and humor you're actually seeing Steve in action.

Dear Julie, June and Robert,
Deepest and sincere sympathy.
With friendship and fond memories of Steve,
Bob

Dear June --
Steve was the ultimate honorary Helium Brother. No band exists without its audience. Steve was almost always there. I can see his mischievous smile as clear as day, and it is simply impossible to imagine him gone. We had so many good times with him, and I know 'cause I saw it -- he knew how to have a good time, and he knew how to give one! My deepest condolences to you and to his whole family.

June, Julie, & Rob,
I am so sorry to hear about Steve's passing. He was truely a wonderful man and he will be missed by all. It is certainly hard to accept that he left us too early. But we shared some great times together and I will always look back on the memories and smile.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
My deepest condolences,

Dear June and Family,
I have just returned from Europe and was greatly saddened to learn of Steve's death. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Steve for a number of years. He was truly a unique person. One who was always kind and thoughtful.
With my deepest condolences,

I'm one of the "thrity-somethings", one fortunate to have met Steve relatively early on, nearly 30 years ago. I just received notice of Steve's passing a couple days ago and have very, very saddened by the news. Steve was one of the very few, very special people in my life. We were closest during my time in New Haven and the early days in NYC, where Steve lived for a short time in the early 1980s. His passing is tempered only by the intensity of memories that will never fade and, of...
