Steve helped me with many closings on houses that I bought and sold ( renovated ) in North Asheville. He was always encouraging me saying that I repaired the houses to their former quality and not just covering up ! I was happy to have known him. Love , Donna Finch

Mike and I were saddened to learn of Steve's passing. I had the pleasure of working with SIG when he needed me and enjoyed his very dry sense of humor. He was so proud of his son and fondly spoke of his daughter-in-law. His face lit up when speaking of his grandchildren and when speaking of his wife he would always say that she was the boss. His memories will always live in your hearts and thoughts. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
