Chicopee- Steven Richard Gregoire, 66, passed away at home on April 23, 2021. A son of the late Joseph F. and Geraldine R. (Benson) Gregoire, Steven was born on April 16, 1955, and he was a lifelong resident of Chicopee. Following high school, Steven honorably and proudly served in the United States Navy,as a member of the Construction Battalion, or "Seabees." He is survived by his wife, Cecile A. (Bergeron) Gregoire, his daughter, Stacy Laizer, his son, Joseph Gregoire, his brother, Gary Gregoire, as well as several extended family members and friends. A private committal service, complete with military honors, will be held at the MA Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, in Agawam. Corridan Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the arrangements.
