Not sure what to say?

I had the privilege of working Steven for a few years until the end of 2011. He was a good man and a good colleague. I remember his love of life, and above all, his love of family. My thoughts and prayers are with Steven's sons.

My deepest sympathies to Steven's family. I knew Steven for the short time I was in Chicago and he was a dear, jovial and upbeat friend. I'm shocked to hear of your loss, but he has been called to a higher calling now. Steven will be very missed. May God's comfort be with you now and always.

Steve was a wonderful person. He had a servant's heart. I enjoyed riding with him as well as many of us did from the HighRoad Riders. Steve will most certainly be missed. May you find the peace that surpasses human understanding during this time of grief. Evan from the HighRoad Riders of Willow Church

I was shocked to hear of the loss of Steven. I'm so sorry. Steve was in my small group @ Willow Creek. Steve's presence has been missed. I look forward to seeing Steven in Gods glory.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Steven. I rode motorcycle with him the first time last fall and new him from the Highroad Riders Bible study. He will be truly missed. He was a wonderful person and servant of God. May the love & comfort of our Father surround you at this time. -Lucia Corcoran

My thoughts and prayers are with you Carmen, Alex and Jason. Growing up in an isolated neighborhood, Steve and I spent a lot of time together. He was always adventurous and inquisitive. I learned many lessons about life from Steve. He drew a sense of joy from watching Dottie explode.
Boys, when you are ready and old enough , I've got some great stories.
With fondest memories,
Jim Webb

My deepest sympathies. Steven was a genuine person.

Death, be not proud

Death, be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so;
For those whom thou think'st thou dost overthrow
Die not, poor Death, nor yet canst thou kill me.
From rest and sleep, which but thy pictures be,
Much pleasure; then from thee much more must flow,
And soonest our best men with thee do go,
Rest of their bones, and soul's delivery.
Thou art slave to fate, chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost...

God bless Steven.
