My thoughts and prayers with the Hedquist family. As a young man growing up in Michigan, he and his family were examples of faith and perseverance for me at a critical time in my life.

Brother Hedquist was my seminary teacher at Cyprus High. Best seminary teacher I ever had. Taught us the gospel with love and patience. Was an excellent example to us.
