Not sure what to say?

my condolences to the holson family. the only time I would get to talk with steve was when he would cover me or I would cover him on calls. he worked north of me in the 22 sec. wouldn't hesitate to cover anybody when cover was needed.

I am very saddened to see this. I was looking up Steve to contact him again and instead found this. My name is Howard Ruhlman and I was a student at UTSA in 1981-82. My room mates and I lived right across from Steve and his then partner on the force Bill Hunt, at the Sundance Apartments. We shared many dinners over that time and a ton of laughs. Steve was like a big brother that you were proud to have. I think fondly of that time almost daily. He had all the Love, Humility, and Care that...

What a great guy! A high school buddy and a team member on MacArthur high school football team. Smart and logical , that's how I describe Steve Holson.

Steven: once upon a time I was your football buddy in high school in our senior year. I brought you many decorated spirit boxes of brownies and cookies. Years went by and we met again at the police academy where you were in the class behind me. It was an honor to work with you. You were very hard worker and a dedicated family man. Maybe God bless you and your family. Please accept my most sincere condolences for your family.
In Christ, Cozette Fogus Bustamante

Hey Steven

Remember when you;
• taught me how to play football
• helped me put an engine in my truck
• helped me get through my first year of college math
• went with me to put down our dog

You have and always will be in my thoughts.

Love you
Randy

Rest In Peace ...

"Job well done Steve" You have lived a life of service and your rewards will be waiting for you. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. You have made the Holson name something to be proud of with the way you lived your life. Buddy Holson Charlotte NC

I know that you are enjoying your reward, old friend. God grant His comfort and peace to all you have left behind, until we can all be together again. See you soon.
