Not sure what to say?

Growing up in Flint Stevie was one of my closest friends. I lost touch with him when I left Flint after high school. His grand parent's who raised him treated me like one of their children.

There is always joy in the Lord. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.
I glad to have known such a successful
young black man. We will all miss him.
He also was involved in Troop 243.

I was sadden to hear of Stevie's passing. He was one of my favorite cousins to visit Tennessee during the summers while growing up in Jackson. The Abbott/King family sends their sympathy, prayers for peace and love to my aunts and cousins there.

We miss you so much but we will see you on the other side. Rest in peace.

Steve was a great person who would give his last to help anyone mr hood we all love and miss you see you when i get there.

I am so sorry to hear about Steve as i was growing up back in the day on Florida st. We were pretty close he was my cousin and a good man. I want to say to my Cuz Patricia I am so sorry for your loss. Just remember the good times we had many. You know how to contact me. RIP STEVE

Don't think of him as gone away-his journey's just begun, life holds so may faces-this earth is only one. Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days or years. Think how he must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched...For nothing loved is ever lost- and he was loved so much. Our thoughts and prayers are with you...

Sorry to hear of steven's passing, we grew up together. Back in the day you could'nt meet a better friend than him. I have a lot of fond memories of steven that are everlasting. He's in a better place now with ray. My condolences to the family.

I am so very sad to hear about Steve's passing, my father was such a good friend to his grandfather that raised him, so that made so very close to the Holmes family here in Flint, my prayers are with your family at this time Cynthia Holmes and her siblings.
