I worked many years with Steve. A kinder, gentler soul could not be found. He never had a harsh work for anybody.
As an Eagle Scout myself, I can attest that he lived up the the Scout Law faithfully. They say that once you are an Eagle Scout, you are forever an Eagle Scout. And thus Steve still IS an Eagle Scout. It's just that now he can soar with the eagles.
