I had Steve as a teacher at Bilquist grade school and again at McLoughlin Middle School.
I spent several hours with him in grade school doing after school activities. he showed me how to build balsa wood planes and etch glass
I had several contacts with him after I graduated.
I have fond memories of these days with him.
I send my hart felt condolences to his family.
He will be missed.
