Steve O was a friend to us from his days at The Jack Pine. He was so welcoming and friendly from the start. We had a cabin nearby so we made many trips to the JP just to visit Steve O. He always remembered us and welcomed us with a caring handshake and smile. Cheryl, and family, Steve Sr. and family. Words cannot express my sympathies and condolences for the loss of such a loved man. Working with him many times at the Jack Pine, he and I realized that we had a common connection being that both of us coming to the UP from Grand Rapids. We found we had many mutual friends.
