My deepest condolences to Steve's family. I had the great pleasure to know him at the Good Sam Wellness Program for many years where he will be missed by all of us. He was always up beat. He was funny, caring, generous, and very intelligent. I am so grateful we were able to share all sorts of books over the years. It was an honor to be his friend. May he rest in peace.
