Not sure what to say?

I think of him often since his passing. He was a great co-worker, boss, and all-around person. My heart aches for his wife and kids continuing on without him. I still can't believe he is gone.

I'm so sorry to hear about Steven's passing. I remember how cool he was when we were on the Track team at Fairview. He hung out with Kirk Walker and me after college. Then I moved to So Cal in 1985 and I guess he moved to No Cal in 1988. I wish I had stayed in touch with him. He was a really great guy.

My high school compadre, my gym rat buddy, my roommate, my ski buddy for so many years. We were tight back in the day, we drifted apart as we grew older but the memories are still strong. Words cannot express the shock and sadness. You are forever strong in my heart

The best to your loving family,

Kurt Zrubek, Boulder, Colorado

My condolences to Steve's family and friends. I worked with him and for him for 20 years. He is on the top of my list for best bosses ever. Always very professional and smiling even when things were tough at work. He was a wonderful person. I and many others will miss him. RIP Mr. K.

Treasured Moments - Lavender & White

Rest In Peace my sweet brother. I will miss you and our talks. You have inspired me to be my best and will continue to be ever present in my heart and mind. You were an amazing man, husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. You have touched so many people throughout your too short life. Your strength, compassion, kindness and humor will always be remembered. Love you big brother.

Condolences from the Bowman family, your neighbors from Keewaydin meadows.

My condolences to the family and friends of this loving man. May the comfort from our heavenly father and fond memories give you peace in your hearts. He is now resting and out of pain.

I worked so very briefly with Steve mainly remotely but he made an impression on me. He was a true professional respected and loved by his team, and a great guy. I visited Steve infrequently in Folsom and he was a true gent in showing me the sites and sharing his love of good wine. Thoughts with his family and friends.
