My deepest sympathies to Steve's family. I met him with his family at several yearly NYSBA meetings abroad and still remember him for his thoughtfulness and sense of humor. His many accomplishments are an example to follow for many other professionals. He will be missed by many colleagues worldwide who had the privilege of meeting him.

My deepest sympathies. Mr. Krane was a great man and an ethical person.

To Steve's family and friends,
I served on the American Bar Association's Board of Governors with Steve, and, in fact, we are in the same "class" -- the class of 2012. Steven was my brother, my confidante and my friend. He enriched the lives of all who knew him, personally and professionally. I will miss him immeasurably.

To Steve's family,
Please accept my deepest condolences. Steve was a very special person and I feel privileged to have met him and worked with him.

Even though he was in a different department while I was at Proskauer, I interacted with him a fair amount, including when he represented the Firm and me before the City's Conflict Interest Board when we were determining whether it made sense for me to accept an appointment to the City's...

Faith and the children: my heartfelt sympathy and condolences. Speeches today were inspiring. Sorry not to speak in person, was among Steve's many friends and colleagues upstairs.
